Vijay Devarakonda, who wowed everyone with Arjun Reddy, Pellichoopulu and Geetha Govindham, is now coming up with an intense Political action film 'Dear Comrade'. The actor who is collaborating with Rashmika Mandanna for a second time, after Geetha Govindham, has announced a fresh release date of the film.

Though the film was initially supposed to release on in May, the actor today shared, “Comrades, Attention! 26th July 2019. - Vijay Deverakonda.” Vijay, who is keen to put up a new side of his acting on display, will be seen sporting a role of a student leader in the film. Considering the craze for Vijay in South India, the makers decided to release the film in all 4 major languages including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Also, the makers are likely to make another big announcement on occasion of Vijay's Birthday- May 9th (Thursday 4:50 PM). Directed by newcomer Bharat Kamma, Dear Comrade also stars Rashmika Mandanna as cricketer Lilly and Shruti Ramachandran in an important role. Mythri Movie Makers is funding this project.
