Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma’s recent release Lakshmi’s NTR is gearing up for its release in Andhra Pradesh on 1st of May. Earlier it was released all over the world except Andhra Pradesh, due to some political issues.

However, the release date for Andhra Pradesh is out now and the ‘hiccups’ have already started against Lakshmi’s NTR from Telugu Desam Party. It is a known fact that YSR Congress Party is behind Lakshmi’s NTR and TDP is against the film. Politics apart, Lakshmi’s NTR is a true story, that too painful truth of legend Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao and no one can contradict it. As per trade reports, Lakshmi’s NTR got reasonable collections at box office on its first release. So, makers of Lakshmi’s NTR are hoping some big figure from Andhra Pradesh too.

Due to the latest tremors, the collections of Lakshmi’s NTR will become very big, one of the trade pundits expressed his view. Yes, no doubt in it. Because of political controversy, RGV and his team may go without aggressive promotions and the required publicity has already on the ground, many are asserting.

So, RGV and his team have already won the battle. And now the question is all about the ‘collections at box-office’.
