When questioned about recent turmoil about her recent release Oru Adaar Love, Priya Prakash stated that she did everything for the film, but after cinema failed to attract audiences, all are triggering upon her and it is too hard to digest, she expressed her view.

Malayalam flick Oru Adaar Love came into the light because of Priya Prakash Varrier's wink act and no doubt about it. After wink act of Priya went viral, things changed and the small budgeted film becomes a high budgeted film and it is a known thing. However, because of wink popularity, the director made many changes in the script, which caused huge damage to the film. Priya opened about latest controversy and said that “it was director, who decided it and producer approved it, why everyone is trying to cornering me?”

Co-actress Noorin Sherif and director Omar Lulu have made derogatory comments on Priya recently so that the actress came into light and made clarifications.
