More than a biopic it is going to be a political thriller, this what people are talking about Yatra, which is planned for February 8th release. Yatra is based on Congress Leader and ex-chief minister of Andhra Pradesh (Combined State) Late YS Raja Sekhar Reddy, in which Malayalam Super Star Mammoty is portraying the lead actor.

Speculation is now on how the Director Mahi V Raghav would have shown the glimpses of YSR's life and convinces audiences of Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam as this film is going to release in 3 languages. The film is slated for release on February 8th. In the meantime, earlier for this Sankranthi, NTR Kathanayakudu released and declared as a disaster. So that everyone is expressing some doubts on Yatra as how the film will succeed at box office in the present scenario.

But the makers are confident and saying, Yatra is a going to be a political thriller which has all emotions and the film will surely hit the target. On the other hand, Mammootty is a superstar, who can do magic with this film in Kerala and Tamilnadu, a cine analyst asserted.
