Akkineni Nagarjuna scored a big hit with ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ 2 years back, which was directed by Kalyankrishna Kurasala and this combo is going to floors once again. The sequel of ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ titled as Bangarraju has completed its script work, sources revealed.
For Bangarraju, Akkineni Nagarjuna and his son Akkineni Naga Chaitanya are teaming up with Kalyankrishna Kurasala, and the film’s release date is already confirmed for 2020 Sankranthi. Director Kalyankrishna has prepared a full script, in which Nag is going to play as grandfather while Naga Chaitanya is going to portray as a grandson.
Grapevine is Nela Ticket fame Malvika Sharma is roped for the female lead opposite Naga Chaitanya. Earlier Malvika Sharma entered into Tollywood with Nela Ticket, which was also directed by Kalyankrishna. Recently Malvika Sharma thanked Kalyankrishna for the chance while remembering his first-day shoot via Instagram.
Coming to Soggade Chinni Nayana, Nagarjuna played a double role and romanced with senior actress Ramya Krishna and young lady Lavanya Tripathi, whereas Anasuya Bharadwaj, Hamsa Nandini and Deeksha Panth appeared in meaty roles.
