Rangammatta is going to rock as MLA in Yatra which was touted to be a Biopic of Late YS Rajasekhar Reddy, ex-Chief Minister of combined Andhra Pradesh. Mahi V Raghav of ‘Anando Brahma’ and ‘Pathashala’ is the director for this film.

With Rangasthalam, Anasuya Bharadwaj got a critical appreciation for her role Rangammatha. After Rangasthalam, Yatra is going to be a very big film for Anasuya in terms of her role in this film, sources said. Anasuya steps in the shows of Gouru Charitha Reddy, the then MLA and a big supporter of YS Rajasekhar Reddy. But till now Anasuya is tightly lipped about her character in Yatra. On the other hand, she is now in full josh with the success of her recent film F2 which won the Sankranthi race.

Coming to Yatra, the film stars Mammootty who stepped into YS Rajasekhar Reddy's shoes. The move slated release in Feb.
