Not always watching a long runtime film would be entertaining or intriguing. But sometimes, films like Arjun Reddy and Rangasthalam have made it. So here is something similar to it. Kathanayakudu marks the first release of 2019 and it has Balakrishna, Vidya Balan besides a huge cast.

The latest news is that the film has a runtime of 2 hours 55 minutes. After a long time, here comes another film with such a long runtime. Director Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi and Balakrishna have thought of making the film as one part only. But as they were drafting the final script and discussing on what to show from later actor-turned-politician’s life and whatnot, they realised that it has to be made into two parts. That is how and why they have come up with NTR-Kathanayakudu and NTR-Mahanayakudu.

But Kathanaykudu being a biopic, there might be no lag or a backdrop in the narrative part is what the sources say. Meanwhile, the makers of the film have released a new still from the film, where Balakrishna is seen as Lord Venkateswara. The film has completed its censor formalities and has received a U/A.
