Directed by Sukumar, who has made films like 100% Love, 1-Nenokkadine, Nannaku Prematho and others, the film was produced by Mythri Movie Makers. This film has given a break to many people who are part of the cast, especially Anasuya, who played the role of Rangammathha.

One specific reason for the film to be appreciated is also the sets, of the village, which were erected by Ramakrishna Sabbani and wife Monica. This film has changed their life very much.

Samantha’s acting skills were shown so very well in this film. Though it was a de-glam role, the actress looked prettier than ever and was lauded by many. Though she hasn’t exposed nor done a skin show like any other film, she still looks beautiful and just likes how any other Ramalakshmi would be.

Coming to Charan, this can be called his career’s best performance. As a hearing impaired guy, he was flawless and to all these lead roles, actor Aadi Pinisetty’s character was like an icing on the cake. He too has got a much-needed break with this film. In an unbelievable role, Jagapathi Babu has just nailed the performance and yeah, people hated him like anything after that and it means that he has succeeded in what he was. Prakash Raj was also one of the best performers as usual.
