Veteran artist and veteran hero Bhanu Chander extended his support to the opposition leader of Andhra Pradesh, Jagan Mohan Reddy by participating in his padayatra in Srikakulam district. The actor also joined YSRCP and later, showered high praises on the party supremo.

While speaking to the media journalists at Vizag Film Federation office in Dondaparthy region, Bhanu Chander said he would want to serve the people in need by entering politics. He further praised Mr Jagan Reddy: "I could see a Buddha in him for his generosity and endurance". On last Sunday, the actor met Jagan at Tekkali in Srikakulam district and walked with him for some distance to extend support for the 'Padayatra'.

Speaking after meeting Jagan, Bhanu Chander said: "It's a truly great thing that Jagan is walking thousands of miles to learn problems of people in the state". In the past, other film actors Posani, Prithvi, Krishnudu, Fish Venkat also have walked met Jagan and extended their support for him.
