A couple of days back revenue officials seized the guest house of Young Rebel Star Prabhas located in Survey No 46 in Rayadurgam Serlingampally, Hyderabad. Prabhas approached High Court against the action of the Revenue officials. Prabhas' lawyer argued in the court that Prabhas has been paying the property taxes and current bills for many years and he has all the legal rights over the property. He said that Revenue Officials seized the guest house against the rules and regulations and requested the court to regularise the property.

The government lawyer, however, argued that Prabhas was not in BPL (Below Poverty Line), to avail regularisation but he is Baahubali of the country. He even said the state government rejected Prabhas' plea for regularisation way back in 2015 itself.

High Court judge agreeing with Prabhas' lawyer passed interim orders, ordering status quo over the issue. The court posted the case for hearing on Dec 31st giving a huge relief to young rebel star. officials say the case may take years to get resolved and so till that time Prabhas can use the guesthouse without getting objected by anyone.
