King Nagarjuna's son Akhil Akkineni is known for his charming personality and handsome looks. He floors all females with his ever handsome and charismatic personality. However despite his hot looks and handsome personality, he failed to taste success at the box office.

He is currently busy romancing Hyderabadi hottie Nidhhi Agerwal in his upcoming romantic entertainer Mr. Majnu under the direction of Tholi Prema fame Venky Atluri. Nidhi made her debut romancing Tiger Shroff in Munna Michael in Bollywood before setting her sights on Tollywood. She romanced Akhil's brother Naga Chaitanya in Savyasachi in her debut film in T-Town.

In the meantime Nidhi speaking to scribes revealed that Akhil saved her with his heroics in real life. Nidhi said in the sets of Mr. Majnu a light fell from great heights while she was shooting for a scene and Akhil stopped it in a nick of time. Sharing her ordeal, she said “If not Akhil saved, I would have suffered serious injuries on my face”. Akhil is stunning all in the role of a playboy in Mr. Majnu.
