King Nagarjuna’s son Akhil is hailed as the Akkineni Prince by his diehard fans. Many expected him to set the silver screen on fire with his debut after watching his powerful cameo in Akkineni’s generational family entertainer Manam.

However, he got a huge shock on debut when his film Akhil-The Power of Jua, bombed at the box office. Nag relaunched him, this time as a lover boy in Hello after a long gap. However, the second film too gave him a similar shock. Currently, all eyes are on his next, Mr.Majnu in which he is romancing Nidhi Aggarwal under the direction of Venky Atluri of Tholi Prema fame. Thaman is the music director for the film and sources say Thaman is concentrating on Mr.Majnu and is keen to give memorable music for Akhil. 

Thaman gave thumping music for all his films in the recent past and none can forget the craze, the songs of Varun Tej’s Tholi Prema got. Venky Atluri who made his debut with this film as a director once again selected Thaman as a music director for his second, Mr.Majnu All eyes are on Mr.Majnu songs. Already the song Emaindo which was released yesterday got the thumping response from one and all.

It is known that feel good music for a love story take the film to another level. Will Thaman present beautiful music as a gift to Akhil in Mr.Majnu just like he did for Varun Tej in Tholi Prema is discussed among Akkineni fans.
