Chitralahari will be the first collaboration of all the three actors. While Nivetha made her Telugu debut with Mental Madhilo, Kalyani was introduced with Hello.

Since a month, the trio of Sai Dharam Tej, Nivetha Pethuraj and Kalyani Priyadarshini have started shooting for Chitralahari, which is being helmed by Kishore Tirumala. And is produced by Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Shankar Yelamanchili and Mohan Cherukuri of Mythri Movie Makers. According to the latest report, the film is going to be released in April next year.

The team has already completed shooting almost 50 per cent of the film. The film was launched on the 32nd birthday of Sai Dharam Tej, which was in October and the shooting went on floors in November. An official announcement about the teaser of the film and the release date will be made soon by the makers. The technical crew comprises Devi Sri Prasad for music, Karthik Ghattamaneni for the camera and A Sreekar Prasad for editing work.

Dhahran’s last four films have been disasters at the box and many have started trolling him saying that his time here is over. This film can actually be considered as a challenge for the actor and if he doesn’t bag a hit with this movie, his career would be over.
