Upcoming assembly elections for Telangana will decide the fate of many high profile candidates from various political parties. All the parties and candidates are keeping their fingers crossed as polling will start in a couple of hours from now. However, inside talk is the elections are turning out to be a prestige issue for Nandamuri Suhasini, daughter of Nandamuri Harikrishna who is contesting from Kukatpally, Hyderabad.


Though many TDP candidates are in fray and contesting high profile battles, all eyes are on Nandamuri Suhasini and her constituency Kukatpally as she comes from a family which enjoys a powerful legacy. Nandamuri Suhasini happens to be Kalyan Ram’s sister and cousin of Young Tiger NTR. Many feel Nandamuri Suhasini was forced to contest the elections after the tragic demise of her dad Harikrishna with AP CM ,TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu, keen to cash into the sympathy wave.


She could have gained a lot in the campaigning, had NTR and Kalyan Ram campaigned for her but they stayed away from campaigning giving a huge shock. Only Balakrishna campaigned for her and all eyes are on whether people settled from Andhra will vote for Suhasini and show their love for NTR’s granddaughter, who is the first from the third generation of Nandamuri family to contest.
