Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s political entry and his failure to attain success had been discussed many times. Many are still wondering whether Mega Star Chiranjeevi is clear-cut or a confused lot.
It is known that Chiranjeevi after failing to attain power with his political outfit Praja Rajyam, merged his party with the Congress and went on to become the Union Tourism Minister. However, after the Congress’ crushing loss and loss of power, he stayed away from the politics and party affairs.
He quickly made his return to the silver screen and is now currently busy with Sye Raa and lined up another project with ace director Koratala Shiva after reaching the milestone with Khaidi No 150 in style.
Recently rumours spread about his political actions. Many felt that Chiranjeevi will join his Brother Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena party. But Congress claimed that Chiranjeevi is still with them and APCC chief Raghuveera Reddy revealed that Chiranjeevi will be with Congress and if not, he will quit politics forever rather than join any other party.
Mega family clarified that Chiranjeevi’s membership expired a long time back and he did not renew it when the talk of Chiranjeevi campaigning for Congress came out. Sources close to the mega family say Chiranjeevi is still in a lot of confusion on joining Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena before 2019 elections in AP as he is currently busy with Sye Raa. Buzz is Chiranjeevi will take a decision on joining Jana Sena, once he gets an invitation from his brother Pawan Kalyan. He feels that since Sye Raa is produced by his son Ram Charan, at any time he can put the project on hold and campaign for Jana Sena. In the meanwhile, the pressure is mounting on Pawan Kalyan from fans to invite Chiranjeevi into Jana Sena. The million dollar question is will Pawan invite Chiranjeevi into Jana Sena fold and would Chiru accept the invitation.
But an inside source revealed that Chiranjeevi has bid an adieu for politics completely and he is not stepping back into Congress as well. In fact, he has not shown any interest to renew his party membership as well.
