You are well aware that the festival season is the time when the cinema industry makes the major revenue and hence it focuses on coming up with movies which are star-studded and promising. For the Telugu circuit, the race begins right in January when the Sankranthi season arrives. Normally, there is a mad traffic jam at that time.

However, it appears the Sankranthi 2019 is being planned properly and if it is executed as planned, each film will have enough window to grab its share of collections. The first in the list is ‘Kathanayakudu’ based on the biopic of great N T Rama Rao arriving on January 9th. This is followed by ‘Petta’ expected on 10th.

There are also reports that the family entertainer ‘F2’ featuring victory Venkatesh and mega prince Varun Tej has been locked for release on January 12th. The final touch is, mega powerstar Ram Charan is also expected to be in the fray because his movie ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ is likely to come during Sankranthi time.
