From 2015 to till date, Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja has acted in six films and only one is a hit at the box office. Starting from Kick 2, Bengal Tiger, Raja The Great, Touch Chesi Chudu, Nela Ticket and now Amar Akbar Anthony. Among these six films, only Raja The Great has been a hit and the rest of the scripts are just disasters.

The actor had a lot of hopes on Amar Akbar Anthony and he was expecting it to be a hit with which he was expecting many more projects in his kitty. But he has bagged a flop yet again and even Sreenu Vailta has bagged another flop into his kitty with this film.

The actor is going to have some side effects of these flops. His upcoming film with VI Anand, which is titled tentatively as Disco Raja is going to go on floors soon and the actor is prepping up for it. He also has Santosh Srinivas’ film in pipeline and this is going to be a completely different story. This project initially had to be the remake of Theri. But now, the project has been shelved completely as the original film was released in Telugu already, but in a dubbed version.

It is said that the actor is trying to make necessary changes to the scripts of the upcoming films so that he bags some hits at least in coming days.
