The latest news is that Anirudh has managed to bag his second project in the Telugu film industry. The young musician is roped in to compose tunes for Nani’s Jersey. Directed by Gowtam Thinnanuri of Malli Raava fame, the film is being made in the backdrop of cricket and Nani plays a cricketer in this film. Reports have said that the music composer is trying to make the best use of this chance which he has bagged.

There were many other factors which led to the failure of Agnyathavasi, but, when it comes to music, Pawan Kalyan’s fans expect some mass masala songs. Unfortunately for him, what Anirudh had composed did not have at least one fast-beat song. This could be why Trivikram replaced Anirudh with Thaman for Aravinda Sametha.

While our Telugu musicians like Devi Sri Prasad and Thaman have managed to score hits in other industries, looks like Anirudh is going to take some time to create magic here.
