A popular TV channel has bagged the digital rights of Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi for a whopping amount of Rs 20 crore. This price also comprises dubbing rights along with the satellite rights. This film has become a centre of attraction and most-talked about project just because of Mahesh Babu and his new looks.

Directed by Vamsi Paidipally, the film is going to show Mahesh in three different looks, according to his phases in films. From a college going guy to a business magnet, Mahesh will portray different roles in Maharshi Mahesh’s Bharat Ane Nenu was also a good hit and has garnered Rs 100 crore gross and over one million at the international box office.

All these factors have increased the expectations of the film. Produced by C Ashwini Dutt, Dil Raju and Prasad V Potluri, under Vyjayanthi Movies, Sri Venkateshawara Creations and PVP Cinema respectively, the film is slated for release on April 25, 2019. The film has been shooting in New York for more than a month now where even Namratha Shordkar, Gautam and Sithara were also present on sets.
