You might have shaped a fantastic film and that too with the best of content but if you have no control over the budget, you can be rest assured the film would become a cost failure. At the same time, you should also strategize your pre release promotions in such a way that the anxiety and curiosity builds strongly among the people.

However, none of that seems to be happening for the long pending movie ‘2.0’ featuring Style Samrat Rajnikanth and charming star Akshay Kumar. It is known that the film is being touted to be made at a crazy budget of 500 crores. If that is true then it is too much of a budget and here comes the biggest trouble.

The film is just few weeks away from release and there is absolutely no hype in Tamil Nadu. On the other hand ‘Sarkar’ featuring Vijay is getting a lot of hype. Also, ‘2.0’s teaser was not able to excite and both music and songs are flop. Nobody is getting connected as expected and it has to work in the range of Baahubali to recover the cost. Right now, that looks unlikely.
