Reading the headline might take you by surprise because the general impression is, scoring a hit ensures you are safe in the cinema industry and are often in demand. While that is true to an extent, here is another angle which would take you by surprise. This has to do with hit directors and their mental torture.

This is happening with some big banners. Apparently, these banners will ask the directors to narrate the story and they will appreciate. They give an oral commitment that the project is on and they will make them go rounds. After three to four months also it doesn’t work. Some wait patiently for an year or two to make things work.

Few others get fed up and come out and start working with others. This is happening with big banners and big heroes and they do this due to a strategy. They don’t want hit directors working with other heroes and bring competition to them. This mind game is leading to torture and few smart directors are not falling in the trap.
