The genre of period movies has grown exponentially in the recent times with many moviemakers showing interest in depicting tales of the past. Those who have high budgets are going for the era of kings and warriors, those who have decent budgets are choosing something closer.

As part of that, another period movie is now in the making. It has been titled as ‘Anaganaga Dakshinadilo’ and this has the variety hero with baritone voice Nara Rohit in the lead. This is being helmed by the talented Chaitanya Dantuluri who did Rohit’s debut flick ‘Baanam’.

Sources reveal this movie is based on 1971 backdrop and the shooting will commence soon. The music for this would be helmed by Melody Brahma Mani Sharma and it is being produced jointly by Rohit and Sree Vishnu. The pre production is done so here’s wishing the team the best of success.
