Aishwarya Rajesh is now a known face to Telugu audience, after the release of Nawab, a Mani Ratnam directorial. She was paired with Arun Vijay and played Renu, his wife in the film.

After a long wait, Aishwarya has now accepted a Telugu project, though she was showered with offers. The actor had said yes to Karanthi Madhav after she fell in love with the role and script he narrated to the actor at their recent meeting at the director’s office.

The film is expected to go on floors later this month and Aishwarya will be playing an unconventional role in this film. She will join the shoot from January. Kranthi Madhav has directed a beautiful film called Malli Malli Idhi Rani Roju, a beautiful love story and his immediate film Ungarala Rambabu was a disaster at the box office. Sources have claimed that this film is also going to be a love story with a different twist.
