In a way, Venky has reopened the culture which was followed during the black and white era and his decision was welcomed by many. At the same time, some said Venky made the right decision.

He knows very well that he as a hero cannot show his dominance at the box office so a smarter way is to associate with a younger hero and make things work. Now, a statement from ‘King’ Akkineni Nagarjuna also reflects that. Well, it is heard that Nag has stated that he is now keen on doing multi-starrers only.

This has not gone well with the trade analysts. They are saying even today Nag has the potential to churn out at least 30 crores from the market as a solo hero. Given that stamina, there is actually no need for him to get into multi-starrers continuously. But for now, it appears Nag has made up his mind so let us see how this goes.
