Ever since the bifurcation of united Andhra Pradesh took place in 2014, there have been many speculations whether the Telugu Film Industry would shift base from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh. There were also few other discussions as to what are the sops being offered by AP government if the industry does decide to move in there.

Well, it appears the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu took his time because he was working out on some really tempting offer to the cine folks. Finally, he has come up with few announcements welcoming the Telugu Film Industry. A five point offer has come from the government of Andhra Pradesh to the cine folks.

Firstly, any movie being made under the budget of 4 crores will get AP tax exemption. Second, shooting locations in Andhra Pradesh would be free. Third, single window permissions would be given through FDC. Fourth, Best movies to get Rs 10 lakhs subsidy and this is for fifteen movies only. Fifth, about 316 acres near Ramanaidu Studios in Vizag is now given permission to build studios.
