Even before the Southern part of India can come out of the grief of losing a thespian like Kalaignar Karunanidhi, tragedy has befallen on this great nation. The political ‘Ajatashatru’ and an iconic Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee breathed his last and his demise has shaken many. He was the most non-controversial and non corrupt politician on par with P V Narasimha Rao.

The immortal singer Lata Mangeshkar has stated she is feeling the same pain she felt when she lost her father. True to her words, Vajpayee was like a father not just for the nation but to the many political aspirants.
