The beauty of Telugu Film Industry and the magnanimity of the Telugu audience is such that, even if a hero from a neighbouring state is able to entertain he develops a strong fan base and also a good market. Since many decades we have been seeing how the stars from the neighbouring Kollywood circuit have been doing that.

Now, it appears another hero from the Mollywood circuit is going to do it. He is none other than Dulquer Salmaan, son of Malayalam megastar Mammootty. Apparently, Mammootty also has good following among the Telugu folks but now the mantle has been taken over by his son. According to one report, Dulquer’s market is nearly 20 crores in Telugu now.

The main reason for that is his act and the way he created an impact in the blockbuster biopic ‘Mahanati’. Post ‘Mahanati’ Dulquer has been flooded with many offers in Telugu and if he comes as a hero he would be striking big at the box office. Prior to this, he looted hearts with his performance in the movie ‘Ok Bangaram’.
