Akkineni Nagarjuna, who was busy shooting for his upcoming Hindi project Brahmastra has taken a break to promote Chi La Sow, as he is one of the producers of the film.
The actor had organised a press conference to talk about the film which is releasing on Friday. Directed by Rahul Ravindran, the film has Sushant and Ruhani Sharma in lead roles.
“I am happy with the way Chi La Sow has been shaped up. I was really not ready to watch the film during the special screening. But when Chay insisted me to do, I watched and I really fell in love with the movie,” said Nagarjuna.
He also made it clear that he has not presented the movie for Sushanth, but because he liked the story. He also wished success to the team.
He also spoke about his Bollywood project and said that he’s happy to be a part of such a big and good film. “When the team of Brahmastra approached me, I asked them to come with a 3D version of my roles and the scenes. They really did and came back after three months. Shooting is right now happening in Bulgaria.”
The actor even added, “I did not go to Bollywood. Bollywood itself came to me after 15 years. The director wanted me to play that role at any cost and I did not want to lose a chance.”
