C/O Kancherapalem is touted to be an unconventional love story, with Kancherapalem as the backdrop. The movie is to portray the love and longing, which is to be similar to a documentary. The movie is to showcase the tang of the place's nativity in a different way. Rana Daggubati, who had watched C/O Kancherapalem has taken the promotions seriously. C/O Kancherapalem was premiered at the New York Indian Film Festival, where it received a huge response from the viewers.
