Once you wrap up a movie as a director and it has come out for release, you should already have another project ready in hand and waiting to hit the floors. That’s how the career is sustained for many medium bracket filmmakers. However, that has not been the policy of the soft spoken filmmaker Sekhar Kammula.

He takes his own sweet time to carve out a script and unless he makes an official announcement you can never be sure when his next project is ever going to come. Kammula’s last venture was the blockbuster hit ‘Fidaa’ and immediately many started pouncing on him to know when he would announce his next but our man maintained a stoic silence.

Finally some water is leaking out and there is news that Kammula has already locked the script. The best part is, Dhruv, son of Chiyaan Vikram, is quite keen to team up with Kammula for his debut in Telugu. If this director can take the star kid into consideration, it will give him a solid entry into Kollywood as well so let us see what Kammula does.
