Fans of Rajinikanth has been furious on director Shankar for not revealing the exact release of Robo 2 and this movie has been on the cards to release for more than six months.

However, Shankar finally gave a confirmation about the release of Robo 2 as 29th of November, 2019. He also gave the reason called delay in VFX is the thing behind the delay in movie release. Well, this film is going to have major portions of VFX shots and multiple VFX companies are working on them.

Coming to the cast of the film, Akshay Kumar is entering into South film industry with this movie and he got super excited after knowing about the release date of the movie. He shared his happiness over the announcement of release date via his Twitter account and Akshay is playing an important role in the movie.

On the other side, Lyca Productions chalked out a unique promotional plan for this movie and they already promoted this film on a Hot Air Balloon in Hollywood so far.  We wish and hope this longest wait for the movie would be paid off well after the release of the flick.
