When it comes to the relation between India and Pakistan, it is only that of enmity and bitter rivalry but there is one field which is above and beyond all that, it is cinema. Since many decades, the Indian movies from Bollywood have received a major patronage from the Pakistani people and there are huge fan bases for our stars there.

Top in that list is mighty heart Salman Khan and he has once again proved why he is the most loved star there. His latest release ‘Race 3’ opened to divide talk in India and yet cruised with collections. Meanwhile, the film also released in Pakistan a week late and right through the premieres, it garnered a mind boggling Rs 2.62 crores.

The other point to note is, the number of theatres ‘Race 3’ released in Pakistan is limited and despite that, the response was overwhelming. Buzz is that this movie has overtaken two big budget Pakistani flicks and is racing in the top spot. The Pakistani trade analysts are predicting a long run for this movie. Way to go Sallu Bhai!
