There are many films that hit the floors every day and by the time they actually reach the theatres, half of their fate is already decided. Incidentally, a significant part here is the hype and expectation that builds as the film is progressing. Only very few movies have that power to trigger expectations as soon as they commence.

One such movie is ‘Mehbooba’ which has been helmed by speed director Puri Jagannadh. This has Akash Puri, son of Puri Jagannadh, as the hero. Set on the backdrop of the 1971 Indo-Pak war, this is an intense love story between an Indian boy and a Pakistani girl. The trailer which released created a huge impact on all.

Now, with more pre-release promos coming out, the expectations are further raising the temperatures. This is a crucial one more for Puri than his son. Apparently, he has been coming up with a series of flops so ‘Mehbooba’ could be the reverse for him. The film is preparing to hit the screens so here’s wishing ‘Mehbooba’ the best of success.
