The talented director Koratala Siva is good at that and every film of his contains that angle. This time he came with ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ where the focus was on the Telugu state.
The film shows Andhra Pradesh as a unified state so it gave a good feeling to many Telugus who strongly believe in the unified state. More than that, the issues touched were quite relevant to the state. It is all about the Chief Minister, the state’s problems and how the people of a state should be to become a responsible society.
While ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ is more state-oriented the upcoming release ‘Naa Peru Surya’ has taken it many steps ahead. Well, the film is all about the country and the unity that is needed to take it forward. This is scheduled for a release on May 4th so let us wait to see how the ‘India’ factor is going to connect with the audience.
