Kannada TV actor Kiran Raj was arrested by the Rajarajeshwari Nagar (Bengaluru) police today. He is accused of physical harassment as per the complaint was given by his girlfriend Yasmin Pathan. Mumbai-based model Yasmin filed a complaint against him for allegedly physically assaulting her.

After five years of being into the relationship, Yasmin was denied marriage by Kiran Raj. Not only that, Yasmin was physically assaulted when asked to marry her, as per the sources. Yasmin was apparently beaten and locked up in the house in which they were living together.

Yasmin claims that Kiran Raj hit her several times on March 29 and even locked her up, taking away her phone. She filed a complaint against the TV actor, Kiran Raj, in Mumbai, and also a subsequent FIR in Bengaluru. Kiran Raj is currently taken into police custody. Further proceedings and investigations are going on.
