Just a few days we had reported that the Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood, Aamir Khan, has decided to come up with an ambitious project. He was to do a five series movie on the great epic ‘Mahabharata’ and this was meant to be done with a 1000 crores budget. We had also mentioned how it was the dream project of tough taskmaster S S Rajamouli.

According to latest reports from Mumbai though Aamir was keen on doing this project, he is now getting into second thoughts after looking at the fate of movies like ‘Padmaavat’. Unfortunately, vested elements are taking the name of ‘intolerance’ and creating a major ruckus which is a rather shameful situation our nation is facing.

Given the canvas ‘Mahabharat’ requires and the way crooked groups try to harass and trouble, it appears that Aamir has decided to keep this project in cold storage. Well, it only means that the ball is back in the court of Rajamouli. Perhaps he could think of it once he completes his multi-starrer with Junior NTR and Ram Charan.
