Whenever you have heard about Nandamuri Natasimham Balakrishna, it had to do either with his political activity or his preparation for the biopic of the great N T Rama Rao. Recently the film was launched and Balayya was seen in the getup of Duryodhana reminding many of NTR in the masterpiece ‘Daana Veera Soora Karna’.

Given all that, you might now be wondering where did Lord Krishna arrive into Balayya. Well, this has also happened albeit onstage. The prestigious cultural festival, Lepakshi Utsavam is currently on at Hindupur and yesterday a play was organized. This was ‘Krishnarjuna Yuddham’ and it had few film personalities doing certain roles.

Leading from the front was Balayya himself and he was seen essaying the role of Lord Krishna. There were others like senior actress Prabha, Uttej doing few roles. Those who were present at the event were impressed with Balayya’s act. As such, he is still one of those last few stars who have great passion towards mythological roles. Jai Balayya!
