As we have arrived at the weekend, we have already had a set of releases yesterday and some of them were quite promising. While the real result would be known by Monday morning, here are some firsthand reports of the latest releases. First on the list is ‘MLA’ featuring Nandamuri Kalyanram and Kajal Aggarwal.
The film has evoked a mixed response and sources say it would appeal to those who are interested in regular commercial entertainers. The gracious beauty Nayanthara has arrived with ‘Kartavyam’ a dubbed flick and though the content is promising and the storyline is sensible, the film failed to garner audience due to lack of proper publicity.
‘Needhi Naadhi Oke Kadha’ featuring the talented Sree Vishnu is getting a decent response among the college crowds. The vibrant hero Nikhil Siddhartha’s ‘Kirrak Party’ took off with some positive report but it has ended biting the dust. Overall, things don’t look encouraging at the box office so all eyes are on the first summer biggie ‘Rangasthalam’.
