From time immemorial there is a strong belief that the cinema industry is male-dominated and at the same time, most of the activities done here are hero-centric. Whether it is true or not, it certainly appears that some of the actresses feel like that strongly and slowly they are coming into the open venting out their frustration.

In Telugu, the lesser known actress Sri Reddy is creating quite a bit of ruckus in front of the TV cameras and she is ensuring she strikes at power star Pawan Kalyan in almost every interaction of hers. Now, Sri Reddy has found a neighboring company. The noted starlet Andrea Jeremiah is also alleging that she would get many offers if she dances in a big hero movie whereas nobody bothers if she does a strong performance driven role.
