After a lot of hue and cry across the nation for something very trivial the much hyped and hugely anticipated Padmaavat has hit the screens and it has been garnering rave reviews. While that is fair enough, some began mentioning that this movie is Bollywood’s answer to the Telugu magnum opus Baahubali-The Conclusion.
While many are predicting Padmaavat is going to go past Baahubali-The Conclusion the numbers are giving a different picture. In terms of collections ‘Padmavat’ is having a decent response though the talk is great. It is clear that the film is not creating an awe factor like Baahubali but it has been met with admiration.
Helmed by the colorful Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the brownie points are going to the burgundy eyed beauty Deepika Padukone for her riveting performance. As for the trade analysts they are saying Padmaavat is just a puppet when compared to Baahubali 2 in terms of box office metrics. So, the record of S S Rajamouli still remains.
