There was a chaos all over when the issue of plagiarism hit power Star Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi. Agnyaathavaasi being a direct copy of the French movie- The Heir Apparent Largo Winch was fined with a huge amount for the copy rights by T-series. Also, the director Jormie Salle claims that the settlement is not enough.
On the other hand, Baahubali Prabhas as the hero the movie Saaho is being made. There are reports that some important scenes shot are very similar to those from The Heir Apparent- Largo Winch. Fearing the copy right infringement, the makers are to change those scenes.
Why are the Tollywood makers so fascinated about the foreign movies? Is it the lack of creativity? Even if we try to get inspired by the other creative works, shouldn't we be able to give due credits?
