So far you have heard the name ‘Vision 2020’ only from the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu but now the year 2020 is going to be taking the name of another man. He is the tough taskmaster S S Rajamouli and there is a reason why we are associating that year with him.
Normally when a star hero scores a blockbuster the excitement begins immediately as to when he would arrive with his next film. For a change, the cine buffs are eagerly looking for Rajamouli’s next. His last venture ‘Bahubali’ was a mammoth success which brought pride and prestige to Telugu cinema and its people.
Since ‘Bahubali’ franchise got completed last year many were expecting Rajamouli to come up with something either this year-end or early next year but here is the latest update. It is heard that Jakkanna is going to hit the floors only in the month of October for his supposed multi-starrer featuring young tiger Junior NTR and mega power star Ram Charan.
The reason being, Charan is gearing up for his project with Mass Ustad Boyapati Sreenu while Junior is expected to commence his new project with the wizard of words Trivikram Srinivas. Both these projects would be completed only in second half of 2018. On the other hand, Rajamouli takes his time to shape up his film. Given these parameters, you can expect his next release only in 2020.
