Unlike Bollywood where star wives are busy doing their best to upkeep their celebrity status, Tollywood is rather traditional and the women behind the heroes have a humble approach to life though they are a driving force in many aspects. True to that, one hero’s wife has made not just Tollywood but the entire Telugu clan proud. Her name is Dipika and she happens to be the wife of hero Arvind Krishna of ‘It’s My Love Story’ and ‘Rishi’ fame. Dipika is a civic entrepreneur and she has been selected by the World Economic Forum to attend their Annual Meeting.
This is going to take place at Davos, Switzerland from January 23rd to 26th and it would be attended by the likes of PM Narendra Modi, Chandrababu Naidu, KT Rama Rao and other biggies such as Mukesh Ambani, Satya Nadella etc. Dipika is the co-founder of an urban governance initiative called ‘Lakeer’.
