Star Producer Dil Raju has got a huge popularity in Tollywood. The year 2017 has been an exceptional one for Dil Raju. Not just that he made a lot of money with the movies, but also earned a lot of fame.
It all started off with the movie Shathamanambhavati, which was released during Sankranthi. Sharwanand and Anupama Parameswaran as the lead pair, this family-oriented movie collected a huge amount at the box-office. Not just that, this movie was honored with a National Award too.
Nani's Nenu Local was a decent hit and also collected a decent money at the theaters. Coming to Duvvada Jagannadham, the movie started off with an average talk but failed to be termed as a 'commercial success'. Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde as the lead pair, the movie was much-hyped as a hit but it is an open secret that the collections announced are not real.
Then came the blockbuster hit for the producer. Fidaa starring Varun Tej and Sai Pallavi was a huge hit for the producer in 2017. With critical appreciation, the movie also collected colossal money at the theaters. The director Shekhar Kammula is to be appreciated for his take.
Rav Teja's comeback movie Raja The Great was a decent hit but the collections were average. The movie Jawaan starring Sai Dharam Tej stood as a disappointment at the theaters. Also, MCA despite having a very good talk is an average movie as per the box-office reports.
With huge hits covering up the losses, it was like a rollercoaster ride for Dil Raju. Hope the New Year starts off with super hits for him.
