As much as most of you revere ‘King’ Akkineni Nagarjuna as a fine star hero and a lady charmer with strong grip at the box office, there is also another side to him. He is a very shrewd businessman who is very good with numbers and he is a hard nut when it comes to negotiations and sealing the deals.
Currently the talk is on about Nag’s production venture Hello which is scheduled for release on December 22nd. This has Akkineni Prince Akhil as the hero and the pre release business. According to reports, Nag has quoted a mind boggling figure for the OTT and satellite rights and is not showing any signs of reduction.
It is heard that the buyers are running miles away from Nag after hearing the figure but then he is quite convinced this is the best price. Well, the film has been made at an exorbitant budget and it is being perceived as the right launch vehicle for Akhil. While those parameters are understood, it is not sure why the buyers have to take a risk by shelling out extravagant amounts. Let us see if Nag compromises or not.
