We are fortunate to be living in a democratic country where freedom of expression is given utmost importance. However, that doesn’t mean we can speak whatever we want and that too incessantly. It tends to cause some consequences and one lyricist felt the same about a particular individual’s behaviour.
He is none other than Chaitanya Prasad who wrote for movies like Bahubali and others. Recently, he gave a caution to the noted Facebook film critic cum director Mahesh Kathi which sounded more like a warning. After the assassination of senior journalist Gauri Lankesh, this caution message has been given.
Chaitanya Prasad reportedly indicated that more than freedom of expression, inviting danger from different corners is not wise. From his end, Mahesh Kathi also responded positively acknowledging the concern. Of course, he has not stopped his onslaught and is going forward with his comments like he always does.
