Once a film is announced the groundwork begins to hire the cast and crew and normally it is the director who takes the final call on who would be onboard. And then there are those times when few projects are so enticing that there are many who start lobbying to get into it.
The tough taskmaster S S Rajamouli was reportedly going through that situation when he was doing the spadework for his magnum opus Baahubali. It is heard that he was put under pressure through various channels by artists to grab a seat in the project.
Now, something similar is reportedly happening to director Surendar Reddy. Well, he is the captain of the ship for the much talked about ‘Sye Ra Narasimha Reddy’. Given the hype and the large canvas on which it is being made, many are hoping to grab a piece of it. Only time will reveal how many will succeed finally.
