The drug scandal which is currently shaking the Tollywood circuit has taken the next step with few celebrities attending the Excise office for investigation by SIT. Today it was the turn of speed director Puri Jagannadh and he was accompanied by his brother and son.
Reports from the office reveal Puri has given few statements and the essence of it revolves around his journey in the industry, his links with pub owners and event managers, the real reason behind his frequent trips to Thailand. Buzz is that things have been going smoothly there.
Puri reportedly asked the officials as to how his name has been taken into this list. The enquiry is expected to take place till late night and there are no points to be alarmed about. All in all, the investigation is going to come out with a positive report on the Tollywood folks.
