You might say what is the big deal about two film folks speaking to each other but there comes the interesting part. The colorful filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali is a big name in Bollywood while star writer Kona Venkat is a big name in the Tollywood circuit.
As such, both their paths don’t intersect but now it has happened. An inside source has revealed this incident. Bhansali called up Kona and reportedly said “I heard that your movie Ninnu Kori is actually a freemake of my movie Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, is that true?”
Kona was cool as a cucumber and said “Sir, can you give me ten minutes, I will narrate the story and you can decide.” The call went for 25 minutes and at the end Bhansali said “I am very happy for this call. I doubted you but then I heard a real good story and I feel very happy. This film is going to rock, this has no link with my film but not sure why the talk came.” Well, all is well that ends well folks!
