The Dr. Rajsekhar-starring PSV Garuda Vega, directed by the critically-acclaimed filmmaker Praveen Sattaru, is being made without compromising on quality aspects.

Ever since the makers introduced to the world the film's female lead Pooja Kumar (seen as a housewife named Swathi), the misconception that she is a Tamilian has gained ground once again, years after the release of Vishwaroopam and Uttama Villain.

The fact is that she has no Tamil background, but actually traces her roots to the North.  If we are seeing her as a Tamil woman, it's because she got into the skin of the characters she played in Kamal Haasan's movies that well.

Pooja is, in fact, an American by birth. Born to parents of Indian origin (they had migrated to the US from Uttar Pradesh), the talented diva went on to pursue modelling, acting, production and even had a stint with TV as a hostess. Crowned Miss India-US, Pooja is also a trained Classical dancer, well-versed with Kuchupudi, Bharatanatyam and Kathak.

As Swathi in PSV Garuda Vega, Pooja will be seen portraying a range of emotions.  Such is the way her character has been etched by Sattaru.  Swathi will be remembered for long. Kishore as a fearsome villain George, Shraddha Das, Posani Krishna Murali and Arun Adith will be seen in key roles.Posani Krishna Murali, Ali, Prudhvi, Sayaji Shinde, Avasarala Srinivas, Shatru, Sanjay Swaroop, Ravi Varma, Adarsh, Charan Deep, Ravi Raj and others are a part of the cast.

Music is by Beems Cecirolio and Sricharan Pakala (the last one is giving BGM).  Cinematography is by Anji, Suresh Raguthu, Shyam Prasad, Gika and Bakur.  Sreekanth Ramisetty is the art director.  Editing is by Dharmendra Kakarala.
